General Conditions of sale Chateaux
Golf & Country Clubs Card.
1. Characteristics of the card :
- Cardholders will enjoy various advantages offered
by those members of our chain who have joined the "CG&CC"
Privilege Card programme. These privileges are listed
in our guide, but cardholders should systematically check
them when making a booking. Privileges are valid only
for cardholders making a direct booking with the hotel
or golf course in question, and will consequently not
apply to any bookings made through an agency, tour operator
or other company, whose rates have already been negotiated
or commissioned.
- Each card is valid for one year from the date of issue,
the expiry date being clearly stated on each card. Once
issued, no card may be reimbursed either partly or wholly,
even if it has not been used.Unless otherwise stipulated
in writing by the legal representative of the club in
question, the cardholder will not be able to use his card
at the club which issued it, if he is a member of that
club.
2. Price of the card :
- 150 € la carte individuelle nominative.

30 jours suivant la date de réception du formulaire
d'adhésion accompagné de son règlement.
3. Purchasing your card :
- The "Châteaux Golf & Country Clubs"
card may be purchased from any member of the CG&CC
chain which has joined the "Privilege card"
programme, or directly from the issuing company by returning
the membership form, duly completed and enclosing payment
in full. You will find the membership form in each copy
of the 2005 "Châteaux Golf & Country Clubs"
Guide.
4. Using
your card – Loss or theft :
- The "Châteaux Golf & Country Clubs"
card is strictly personal. It may not be transferred or
lent. It is issued exclusively in the name of the individual
cardholder.
- In order to benefit fully from the advantages of the
card, the CG&CC cardholder must stipulate that he
is the holder when making his reservation, and present
the card when checking in on arrival in the CG&CC
member club. He must also present his CG&CC card when
paying his bill on check-out.
- On presentation of the card to any of the CG&CC
partners participating in the "Privilege card"
programme, you may be asked to provide proof of identity.
Any fraudulent use of a CGCC card may give rise to legal
proceedings, as well as the immediate withdrawal of advantages,
the cardholder under no circumstances will be entitled
to compensation of any nature.
- In the case of loss or theft, which must be stipulated
in writing and on the cardholder's honour, the CGCC card
will be replaced as quickly as possible after receipt
of a payment of € 25 towards the cost of re-issue
and postage of the new card.
5. Complaints
- Suggestions :
- Since the advantages of the CG&CC card granted
by each member of the chain are voluntary, SARL BPMG -
"Châteaux Golf & Country Clubs" can
under no circumstances be held responsible for any problems
resulting from the use of the advantages promised by a
member of the chain to the CG&CC cardholder.
- Any complaints or suggestions relating to the use of
the "Châteaux Golf & Country Clubs"
card should be sent in writing to SARL BPMG - "Châteaux
Golf & Country Clubs", c/o Cabinet André & Associés, avenue du Général de Gaulle, 21200 BEAUNE, France.
6. Litigation
management - court of competent jurisdiction :
- Any legal dispute arising from the fulfilment or interpretation
of the general conditions of sale of the CG&CC card
shall be governed by French law, and comes under the sole
jurisdiction of the registered office of the SARL BPMG.
7. General :
- In application of the law of 6.01.1978 relating to
data processing, files and rights, the CG&CC cardholder
is hereby informed that he may upon request obtain access
to any information relating to him, and that he further
may upon request obtain access to any information relating
to him, and that he further may request SARL BPMG - "Châteaux
Golf & Country Clubs" to make any necessary amendments
to the above-mentioned information.
